Performance Edge Wine Lunches
Performance Edge introduced these events to give ourselves and our many friends and clients both a networking opportunity and the chance to enjoy some good wines.
The concept is simple. Performance Edge books a venue – currently the Pullman Hotel in Princes St and arranges a 3-course lunch. Guests pay a fixed price – currently $57.00 - for the meal and corkage.
If you wish to enjoy some great wines, you bring along a bottle for the ‘kitty’. All the wines are shared so you will get to sample some fine wines. To maintain a high standard of wine, we ask that you spend at least $25 on your bottle.
However wine-drinking is not compulsory. Some guests have brought beer and others have drunk fruit-juice. All of which is fine by us. If you do bring wine and your bottle is unfinished when you’re ready to leave, you’re welcome to take it away with you.The format is informal. No speeches. No formal presentations but plenty of opportunity to distribute your business cards and the chance to mingle with some interesting people from all sectors of business, the professions and the community. You are welcome to bring guests along. If you are unable to attend personally, you may send someone else to make sure your organisation is represented.
